We perform all types of sequence searches.  We have access to files containing patent sequences from 40 patent issuing authorities covered by the Derwent World Patents Index and published sequences from global public and private scientific journal entries plus Genbank submissions.

Other options include: DGENE GETSEQ for Sequence Code Match and DGENE GETSIM for FASTA-based homology searching are available.  DGENE BLAST is the default.
