The Founder:

Eggerton A. Campbell received a Ph.D. in the Biochemistry Department from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1990.  He subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Health.  Over his career, Dr. Campbell has been published numerous times in several peer-reviewed journals.  As a Primary Examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in the Biotechnology Center, he was independently responsible for the patent application review and Final determination of patentability.  Within the last ten years at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, he examined over 1000 complex U.S. Biotechnology Utility Patent Applications and allowed over 400 U.S. Biotechnology Utility Patents.  He has been Affirmed upon Final determination of patentability by the U.S. Board of Appeals and Interferences, and established interference counts of overlapping subject matter between pending applications and/or patents.  Dr. Campbell has also searched, examined and processed Written Opinions on over 300 international Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications.  Additionally, he served as a Technical Advisor to a national Intellectual Property Law firm.  The same energies Dr. Campbell exhibits in his pursuit of excellence, he places on customer service - a testimony of completeness.
